The legendary Australian horse feed specialists join us this week. One of their sponsorship initiatives is the introduction of a monthly “country trainer of the week” award. We’ll be keeping a close watch on out of town race meetings around Australia in the search for training performances which are just a little bit out of the ordinary.
At the end of each month, and with the help of my correspondents around Australia we’ll settle on a country trainer who has excelled in the preceding month - either a multiple winner achievement or a special individual feat with one horse. The award winner will be the recipient of twelve bags of the Hygain Group product of his or her choice. We’re looking forward to sending some elite horse feed products the way of hard working and very talented bush trainers.
