Steve Hart is recognised as one of Australia’s most accomplished photographers. He covers a range of sports, weddings, special studio sittings, and will go to any length to get the right aerial shot.
His favourite photographic subjects, are those magnificent thoroughbreds and the people around them. Steve has been a familiar face in the bird cage on NSW racetracks since 1986 when he started his own business, Steve Hart Photographics.
In recent times he’s been fulfilling another dream, and thats to conduct interviews with racing’s leading lights and larrikins.
Stealing somebody else’s creation is not usually my caper, but I cant help myself with this interview. Steve catches up with two former brilliant jockeys who have one significant thing in common. I will let Steve tell the story.
